Three Dimensional Photography Galleries

3D images : The three dimensional images in this gallery are called "red/cyan anaglyphs" and can only be viewed in 3D when using red/cyan glasses. These glasses can be purchased here: http://www.the3dmarket.com/ as well as many other places easily found on the internet. When wearing these glasses the red lens should cover the left eye and the cyan lens should cover the right eye. The 3D effect is only noticeable if you have good vision in both eyes. Maybe one in twenty people have a difficult time seeing 3D images produced this way. The difficulty in shooting 3D underwater is that you need three color layers to produce the images, red, green and blue. In seawater you lose the red wavelength of light within the first few feet as you descend. Additional steps in the digital manipulation of the underwater images were required to produce the 3D images in this gallery. I hope you enjoy them!
